Vintage Sterling Silver & Turquoise Puffy Heart Love Token Charm Or Pendant

A completely gorgeous vintage sterling silver puffy heart charm, featuring a double heart and flower design, with a tiny blue sleeping beauty turquoise stone set into the centre of the flower.
