Vintage Peter Brams Designs 10ct Gold & Sterling Silver Elephant Hoop Earrings

A wonderfully whimsical pair of vintage Peter Bram’s Designs earrings, beautifully combining warm 10ct yellow gold hoops with sterling silver elephant motifs.

Each earring tells its own little story. One features two elephants playfully interacting trunk-to-trunk, while the other depicts a tender adult and baby elephant pairing.

Rather than being identical, the deliberately different scenes give the earrings an appealing mismatched, narrative quality — full of movement, personality and charm.

The sterling silver elephants are beautifully modelled in miniature, with dimensional bodies, expressive trunks and ears, and a softly aged finish that provides a striking contrast against the polished yellow gold hoops. The mixed-metal design is quintessentially vintage and makes these far more interesting than an ordinary pair of gold hoops.

DETAILS

- Stamped 10k and makers mark P.B.D for Peter Bram's designs on the hoops, while the backs of the elephants are stamped 925. 

- Both earrings together weigh 3.16 grams.

- Each earring measures approx 22mm in diameter. 

CONDITION

Good preloved vintage condition, with some signs of wear.  One of the earrings has some small dents.  This is cosmetic damage only and does not affect the structure of the earring. Both earrings secure well. Some fine marks, scratches and vintage patina may be present.  The details to the elephant's remains crisp and clear.

Postage

All of our items are sent with Australia post, and include valid tracking details.  All international orders are sent express post with signature on delivery. If our listing states that it will be sent express post, or include a signature on delivery, we always honour this.  

We are more than happy to combine postage costs for multiple purchases. Please request an invoice prior to purchase, or simply send us a message after purchase to request a partial refund of postage costs.

Taxes & import duties

For international orders, all costs of taxes, tarrifs, import duties ECT are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. We are currently unable to post to the US and EU countries.
