A strikingly fabulous Vintage 1940's art deco era, Sterling silver and natural moonstone rivieré necklace, measuring a pleasing length of 55cm.
This wonderful vintage piece flaunts a sequence of 39 individual open backed bezel set natural clear moonstones, that are slightly graduated in size, and exhibit an eye catching shimmering silvery blue adularescence.
A marvellous addition to any collection, this piece would look perfect layered with other favourite necklaces, or worn on its own for a more simple and elegant appeal.

The spring ring clasp is stamped 'STERLING'.
Measures approx 55cm long.
Weighs 13.78 grams.
Consists of 39 natural and slightly graduated moonstones, with smaller stones at the ends, measuring approx 7mm X 6mm, and larger stones to the centre, measuring approx 9mm X 8mm.
Each moonstone is slightly different and unique, alternating in size, shape and appearance.
Condition
Very Good preloved vintage condition, with only minor signs of wear. Some fine marks, scratches and vintage patina to the silver may be present. The stones all present in very nice condition, although some minor imperfections such as natural inclusions and slight rub wear may be present. All stones sit securely in their bezel settings. No stones are loose or missing. The spring ring clasp functions well.
