Antique Victorian sterling silver and pools of light rock crystal quartz pendant

A completely gorgeous & unusual Antique Victorian era sterling silver & rock crystal pools of light pendant. 

This brilliant Victorian era piece boasts a marvelous undrilled egg shaped rock crystal quartz stone, that is secured by a floral embossed sterling silver girdle, and fitted with a sturdy & rather large bale attachment. 

This highly collectable & desirable piece is beautifully unique and uncommon in design, making a fantastic and eye catching conversation starter.  

A splendid heirloom quality piece of Victorian era history, undrilled pools of light pieces are prized for their spectacular light refractive qualities, and their embodiment of positive energy.  

Details

• Unstamped, typical of jewellery of this age. Has been tested as solid 925 sterling silver.  
• Weighs 7.95 grams. 
• Measures approx 25mm X 23mm, including the bale. 
• Crafted with an egg shaped natural rock crystal quartz stone, that exhibits some natural inclusions within the stone. 

Condition 

Very good antique preloved condition, with some minor signs of wear that are commensurate with age and use.  The stone is securely held within its sturdy sterling silver girdle. The stone is in beautiful condition, with no significant scratches, scuffs, or damage.  Some natural inclusions within the stone are present. Mild patina to the silver is present.
