Condition
This antique 1878 ring is in good preloved Condition with signs of wear that add character, reflecting its age. The Stones are secure in their settings and the Rubies are truly stunning. While the seed pearls show fair signs of wear, one smaller end pearl has a slight chip and compromised nacre layer, visible upon magnified inspection. The remaining 5 pearls have a beautiful nacre layer in shades of cream and grey, with varying levels of lustre. The shank is nice and round with only slight thinning. Hallmarks show signs of wear, however remain visible.
